1. The service

Nos.photos gives each family a private space, at its own address, to gather photos, films, journal pages and stories, link them together and share them with the people it invites.

The service is provided online, without any physical medium. It evolves regularly; described features may be extended or changed without reducing access to your content.

2. Free trial and subscription

Each new space gets a fourteen-day free trial, with no payment method required. When the trial ends, the space remains viewable, but nothing more can be added without a subscription.

The subscription is monthly or yearly, paid in advance, at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; the space then remains viewable in read-only mode.

3. Withdrawal and refunds

If you change your mind within fourteen days of your first payment, write to us: we refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

After that period, periods already paid are not refunded, except in case of prolonged unavailability of the service caused by us.

4. Your content

The photos, films, texts and recordings you upload remain your property. You only grant us the technical right to store them, display them to the members of your space and keep backup copies.

You are responsible for the content you upload: you must hold the necessary rights and the consent of recognisable people, especially minors. Unlawful, hateful or infringing content is prohibited and may be removed.

You can export your content at any time and request the complete deletion of your space; it is carried out within thirty days, backups included.

5. Access and members

Access works through a link sent to your e-mail address, without a password. You are responsible for the people you invite and the rights you give them. The space owner can remove a member at any time.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, with regular backups. Interruptions for maintenance or incidents at our providers remain possible.

Nos.photos does not replace your own copies: keep your originals. Our liability is limited to the amount of the last twelve months of subscription, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the courts at the operator’s seat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
